Broadway has turned The Whos Tommy into a successful play along with the music of the Four Seasons, so one would assume that they will be able to Thrillerize the theater industry and hopefully break this drought.
Wow.. Thriller as a Broadway Show.. I remember while cruising on the Disney Magic the dancers from the Acting Company performed the original choreography from Thriller and it was spell binding.. great material..
